Before using the Law4Help, LLC website, please read these terms of service. Regarding your use of the Law4Help.com website and associated non-legal services (collectively, the “WEBSITE”), you (“YOU” or “YOUR”) and Law4Help, LLC. (“Law4Help”) have entered into a legal agreement (“AGREEMENT”). You affirm and warrant that you have read, comprehend, and accept the terms of the Agreement and the Law4Help, LLC Privacy Policy (“PRIVACY POLICY”) before using the WEBSITE.
Additionally, by using the website, you affirm and guarantee that you are at least eighteen years old and otherwise eligible to enter into contracts under the applicable laws. You must immediately exit the website if you do not understand or accept the terms of this agreement or the privacy policy, or if you are not legally permitted to enter into contracts.

Changes/modifications

Any changes to this agreement or privacy policy may be posted on the website by Law4Help, LLC at any time. Law4Help will make an effort to post written notice on the WEBSITE for a minimum of thirty (30) days. Any modifications will take effect right away when they are posted. You have to frequently examine this agreement and privacy policy. You must instantly exit the website if you find anything objectionable at any point. A revised privacy policy will only apply to information gathered by Law4Help once it goes into force, unless you give your express approval.
Additionally, “Law4Help” has the right to change or stop the WEBSITE at any moment and without prior warning. You acknowledge that “Law4Help” will not be held responsible for any changes or terminations to the website.

No Attorney-client relationship

You and Law4Help, LLC do not become attorneys as a result of your use of the website. Similarly, material sent to and received from Law4Help, LLC via its website does not qualify as communications between attorneys and clients. Please fill out our free online case submission form if you would like to get in touch with us for legal assistance.
Make sure to include a list of all parties involved in the situation you are seeking representation for on the online case submission form. We will give you a collaboration agreement outlining the terms of the representation and notify you via phone or email if Law4Help, LLC accepts your request to represent you. Until you sign and return this cooperation agreement and Law4Help confirms receipt, there won’t be an attorney-client relationship.
You must not, directly or indirectly, indicate to any third person that you are represented by Law4Help, LLC or that Law4Help, LLC is involved in your case in any manner unless you have an attorney-client relationship with the company. Without limiting the aforementioned, you must not copy Law4Help, LLC or any of its attorneys or employees in any email or letter in a way that could be construed by a third party as indicating that Law4Help, LLC is your attorney unless you have an attorney-client relationship with Law4Help, LLC.

The absence of attorney-client privilege

The information you give Law4Help, LLC might not be covered by the attorney-client privilege if you are not one of its clients. A party whose interests are at odds with yours may be represented by Law4Help, LLC now or in the future. Law4Help, LLC might not be able to claim the information you gave them as privileged in this situation.

Messages sent to third parties via the website.  Share this page” function

You agree that any emails or other correspondence you transmit to other parties via the WEBSITE (such as through a “tell a friend” Form) are not secret and could be seen by such parties without your knowledge. Furthermore, you acknowledge that any correspondence you provide to third parties via the WEBSITE is non-proprietary and non-confidential. The right to utilize such communications for any reason is reserved by “Law4Help,” LLC.
By sending emails with links to particular pages on the WEBSITE, you may use the “Share This Page” tool to spread the word about “Law4Help,” LLC. If you choose the “Share this page” or a comparable function, “Law4Help,” LLC will immediately send the specified recipient an email on your behalf. 3. Message Frequency  
Message frequency varies based on communication needs. You may receive up to 3 SMS messages per week for appointment reminders, case updates.  

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging  
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier’s plan. Fees may vary for international messages.  

5. Opt-In Method  
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Law4help, LLC by:  
– Checking the SMS consent box on our web forms.  
– Providing verbal or written consent during in-person or phone consultations.  

6. Opt-Out Method  
To opt out of SMS messages:  
– Reply STOP to any message you receive.  
– Contact us directly at (305) 901-1551 or [email protected] to request removal from the SMS list.

Prohibited uses

You represent and warrant that you will not use the WEBSITE for:
1. Upload or send content that infringes upon other parties’ intellectual property rights, privacy, or other proprietary rights. 
2. Spread malicious code, Trojan horses, worms, viruses, and other damaging or destructive materials.
3. Harm Law4Help, LLC’s or any of its clients, partners, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or representatives’ goodwill or business reputation.
4. Try to obtain unauthorized access to materials or other data held on the WEBSITE or any associated system or network, or probe, scan, test, or compromise its security measures.
5. Make an effort to access materials or other data kept on the WEBSITE or any associated system or network without authorization, or to probe, scan, test, or compromise its security measures. “Law4Help”, LLC maintains the right to assist law authorities with any inquiry into any breach of this agreement.

Third-party websites

Links to websites run by third parties may be found on the WEBSITE (“Third-Party Websites”). The THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES are not under the jurisdiction of “Law4Help,” LLC, and may be subject to their privacy policies and terms of service. “Law4Help,” LLC does not guarantee or support any third-party websites or the information they contain because it has not and is unable to examine them. You accept complete responsibility for any damages that may arise from using or accessing the THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES, whether they are caused to you or any third party. This includes, but is not limited to, any harm that may arise from downloading or using any software, content, or other items that may be found there.

Consent to receive email from Law4Help, LLC

By signing up as a client, you agree to receive Law4Help, LLC’s periodic newsletter (the “Newsletter”), which is distributed by email to the address you have on file with Law4Help, LLC. You should click on the “opt-out” link included in any of the mailings or other automated follow-up emails sent by Law4Help, LLC if you are not a customer and/or would wish to stop receiving them.

Intellectual property

Law4Help, LLC or its licensors own the copyright to the information on the WEBSITE, including but not limited to this AGREEMENT. In the same way, “Law4Help,” LLC, the domain name law4help.com, and any other names and logos that “Law4Help,” LLC uses in connection with providing its products and services are trademarks, service marks, or registered trademarks of “Law4Help,” LLC or its licensors respectively. Neither this AGREEMENT nor your use of the Website gives you any ownership, title, or interest in or to the copyrights, trademarks, and service marks of Law4Help, LLC and its licensors, unless otherwise permitted. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED.

The following must be included in your email: the copyright owner’s or an authorized representative’s physical or electronic signature; your name, address, phone number, and email address; statement (i) that you have a good faith belief that the use of your copyrighted material by Law4Help, LLC is infringing; identification of the copyright that you believe has been infringed; a description of the nature and location of the material that you believe infringes your copyright in enough detail to allow Law4Help, LLC to locate and positively identify that material; and your statement (i) that you have a good faith belief that the use of your copyrighted material by Law4Help, LLC is infringing.

Disclaimer of warranties

All guarantees are hereby disclaimed by Law4Help, LLC. The website is offered “as available” and “as is.” Law4Help, LLC hereby disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement, to the greatest extent permitted by law. The website might not function flawlessly or without interruptions. You accept full responsibility for any harm that results from using the website, including but not limited to harm to your systems or data, whether it be to you or any third party.

Limitation of liability

The liability of Law4Help LLC is restricted. Regardless of any advise or notice given to Law4Help LLC, Law4Help LLC will not be responsible for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from or related to your use of the website, to the utmost extent allowed by law. Furthermore, Law4Help LLC’s maximum responsibility in any case will be $25.00 or the lesser of the amount you paid Law4Help LLC in exchange for using the website. You acknowledge that this limitation of responsibility is a fundamental component of the agreement between Law4Help LLC and you and that it constitutes a fair distribution of risk. Without these restrictions, the website would not be available.

Reparation

By using the WEBSITE, violating this AGREEMENT, or submitting incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information or other data to Law4Help, LLC through the WEBSITE, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Law4Help, LLC and its partners, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and representatives (the “Law4Help, LLC Parties”) from and against any claims, losses, expenses, damages, liabilities, and costs (including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees). The Law4Help, LLC Parties are free to engage in any defense by you through the counsel of their choice, but they are not required to do so.

Termination

This agreement and all licenses granted under it will instantly expire if you violate it, except the following clauses, which will still be fully enforceable: No attorney-client relationship, no attorney-client privilege, notice of professional employment, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and consent to receive emails from Law4Help, LLC. All of your rights to use the WEBSITE, including your license to the content placed on it, are terminated upon the termination of this AGREEMENT.
Law4Help, LLC retains the right, in its sole discretion and without prior warning or obligation, to deny anybody access to the WEBSITE for any reason or no reason at all, without affecting any other aspects of this AGREEMENT.

Choice of law, jurisdiction and venue

Law4Help, LLC is based in Miami, Florida, and runs THE WEBSITE. The laws of the State of Florida, without reference to its conflict of law’s provisions, shall govern and interpret this agreement, and it shall be construed and enforced as though it had been signed in Miami. The state and federal courts in Palm Beach County, Florida, shall be the appropriate venue for any action arising out of or connected to the WEBSITE or this agreement. The parties hereby explicitly consent to the extraterritorial service of process and waive all defenses to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Entire agreement, amendment

The entire agreement between you and Law4Help, LLC regarding your use of the WEBSITE is included in this AGREEMENT. Only the above-mentioned modifications or an amendment signed by a Law4Help, LLC authorized representative may alter this agreement.

Severability, denial

The remainder of this agreement will remain in full force and effect, and any provision that is deemed invalid or unenforceable will be interpreted to reflect the parties’ original intent. Any term, condition, or breach of this agreement that is waived by one party in a single occurrence shall not be deemed to be waived by the other party in subsequent instances.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer this AGREEMENT or any of your rights or responsibilities under it without Law4Help, LLC’s prior written consent. Despite the aforementioned, the parties, their successors, and authorized assignee will all benefit from and be bound by this agreement.

Relationship

This Agreement does not establish an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship between you and Law4Help, LLC, notwithstanding any other aspects of this Agreement.
